Review Active Forms

Forms gather crucial information that establish the professional association between management and employee/user. Visibility provides an immeasurable advantage to ensure accuracy, that information is up-to-date, and invaluable resources.

Locate Your Forms

  • To access a list of active forms, start by navigating to the Administrator dashboard. From there, locate the Forms menu at the top of the page and click on it. In the dropdown list, select Form Manager. This section is your gateway to managing all the forms used in your onboarding process.

View Active Forms

  • Once you're in the Form Manager, you'll see a comprehensive list of all the active forms. This list gives you a quick overview of the forms available in the system. It's an efficient way to stay informed about the forms that are part of your onboarding process.

Print Blank PDFs

  • In the Form Manager, you'll notice a printer icon located on the far right of the form entries. This icon is your ticket to generating a blank PDF version of a form. This feature can be useful when you need to review the layout of a form or if you prefer to have a hard copy on hand for reference.

Streamline Your Form Management

  • The ability to view all active forms in one place simplifies your administrative tasks. It ensures that you're aware of the forms that are available for use in the onboarding process. Additionally, the option to print blank PDFs allows you to have a tangible reference whenever necessary.
