Accessing the Login Page

To reset your password within the system, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

Step 2: Select “Login Issues?” Button

The “Login Issues?” button takes you to a page with a list of tips to help you get logged in. Below this list, click the “Forgot Password?” button.

Step 3: Initiate the Password Reset

On the Forgotten Password page, enter your username and click the “Submit” button.
A confirmation page will generate stating, “Success! An email has been sent to [your email address] with instructions on how to reset your password.”

Step 4: Password Reset Email

Leave the current page and navigate to your email inbox. Refresh your email inbox if needed to ensure you receive the new email promptly.
Open the email and find a temporary password provided in the content. Copy the temporary password to your clipboard.

Step 5: Access Your Account with Temporary Password

Return to the platform's login page or use the link provided in the email.
Enter the username and paste the temporary password in the applicable fields.
Click "Sign In" to access your account using the temporary password.
After logging in successfully, you'll need to set a new password for your account and confirm an established 2 factor authentication.
